About us in brief

The engineering team that turned salt into a craft

Since 2009, Viva Salt team’s innovative engineers have continuously researched and introduced the latest solutions in salt room and salt cave construction, using state-of-the-art technologies and materials. The result: more than 200 salt rooms and caves built on virtually every continent.

Our salt rooms stand out for the high quality of workmanship, distinctive design and durability, minimal maintenance costs and fast project delivery. Most importantly — through training programs and literature, our clients are fully equipped to run their salt room on their own.

What we build

Three worlds of salt

Salt rooms

Every surface clad in the purest rock salt, decorations that most often evoke the sea or a natural landscape, and carefully designed lighting. A space that serves health first — and looks like a work of art.

Salt caves

Handcrafted cave formations: stalactites, stalagmites and warm tones that turn the space into a natural cave. A special attraction for everyone who steps inside — functionally identical to a salt room.

Himalayan salt walls

Himalayan salt bricks laid with backlighting — from amber to deep warm tones. Viva Salt team has developed structural solutions and binders that give Himalayan walls a virtually unlimited lifespan.

Children’s corners

Castles, lighthouses, pirate islands and underwater worlds sculpted from salt — we have built salt rooms for the youngest in kindergartens, primary schools and institutions across the region.

How a salt room is made

From sketch to first inhalation

  1. 01

Photos and a sketch of the space

Send us photos of the space from several angles and a freehand floor sketch with dimensions — no technical drawing needed. Based on that, we prepare a preliminary quote.

  2. 02

    Planning and design

We define the type of space — salt room, salt cave or a combination — the layout of decorative elements, the lighting and the equipment. You can also send us your own idea, or photos of our projects you like.

  3. 03

    Preparation and salt cladding

The space is prepared and every surface is clad in the purest rock salt bound with our certified Salt Binder Primer — a process best described as “plastering with salt”.

  4. 04

    Decoration and lighting

Stalactites, reliefs and decorative elements are crafted by hand, Himalayan bricks are laid and ambient lighting is installed to give the space its soul.

  5. 05

    Halogenerator and training

We install a VivaSalt halogenerator, put the room into operation and train you to run it on your own — with literature and the support of our team.

Why a salt room

The microclimate of a salt cave — in your own space

A halogenerator grinds the purest rock salt into particles just a few microns in size — a dry salt aerosol inhaled deep into the airways. Salt crystals produce negative ions found in nature only by the sea, near waterfalls and in salt caves.

Our technology

VivaSalt — halogenerators of our own making

The result of years of development: a line of eight models for spaces from a home sauna to 70 m² spa centers. Touch control, over 99% of particles under 5 microns and a corrosion-proof design.

A mini salt room

Salt cabin — halotherapy on 1.5 m²

A specially designed cabin for two that fully matches the therapeutic effects of a salt room. 16-color LED lighting, music over WiFi and a VivaSalt Micro Power halogenerator — with an installation that never ties you down: the cabin can be moved in one piece.
